Fresh and biscuity with pithy lemon fruit, it is complex and balanced with an emphasis on delicacy of flavour over intensity. The harvest is done by hand and the estate manage the vineyard with a keen eye on sustainability and regenerative viticulture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eN.B.
