Made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir Precoce, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris, it is beautifully balanced and will make for an excellent aperitif this summer and next. The harvest is done by hand and the estate manage the vineyard with a keen eye on sustainablity and regenerative viticulture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eN.B.
